Adding Video

For adding video to your website, you can use something as simple as Google Video or YouTube to post it and then add the script to your website.

However, for making the actual video, you may want to try Visual Communicator by Serious Magic.

Lately (as of September 2007) I've been using Pinnacle Studio.  It's amazing software for the price.
