For anyone that is serious about Permission Marketing, we strongly recomment AWeber.  For a monthly rate of about $20, you will have virtually unlimited newsletters, autoresponders, lists, and anything else. 

When you signup, you will probably have someone call you the next day.  They are very responsive and there is a phone number you can call anytime for assistance.

Vertical Response

If you have a small list and only want to pay by the email you send out, try Vertical Response.

Constant Contact

If you want an inexpensive flat rate, try Constant Contact.
