At times, directories can be a good source of links.  As such, they are listed under partnerships.

In addition to the ones listed above, the most famous (and probably the largest) two directories would have to be Yahoo Directory and DMOZ. 

Yahoo! Directory - It is pretty much common knowledge that Yahoo may be a waste of money.  The amount of traffic that it pulls in is typically low.  Also, many are saying that PageRank does not even pass through a listing.  Add to that the cost of $299 and that whatever is chosen as your description will show up on the search engine results page as the description of your site on Yahoo, and it seems like it may not be a wise choice these days. 

DMOZ -  The "free directory" that is run by volunteers.  This is worth submitting to, but generally takes a long time to actually get listed.  We've submitted some sites and never seen them show up in the listings.
